Any discount codes during Easter?

I know this is a longshot, but does anyone know if they ever discount rooms at Easter/Spring break? We are planning for March 08 and it sure would be nice, but I'm doubting it.

I got a discounted room once during Easter in 2005. I found it on Expedia. I paid $109 for POR.

i just booked for march 08 and got a AAA discount (about 10%). at least it is something, but as the time gets closer i am hoping for a little more. one can always hope to "save" some money on trip!!!

Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that mousesavers.com posted all the past code rates etc.. on their site. i thought I had looked there in the past to answer a similar question.

Spring break 2005 we were able to get a discount code for the WL.
Spring break 2006 we did not get any discount for POP.
Spring break 2007 there were no general public discount codes so I bought an AP to get the discount at the POLY.

I don't forsee any general public discount codes being offered during spring break/easter. There will probably be AP discounts and AAA discounts for that time.

Someone on the codes board reported getting an email pin for around Easter time. I'm not sure it was during Easter week.

Personally I belive Disney is getting away from general public codes and instead are targeting individuals. I also believe that if you show an interest in Disney, they will try to entice you with those email pins. So, if you want one it helps to subscribe, sign up, buy all things Disney. Request a vacation planning dvd from disneyworld.com. If you buy from disneyshopping.com, register with all disney websites.

I pretty much get every offer that comes out (although haven't gotten that '08 one - yet) and I hate to say it because I'll probably jinx my luck but I feel that Disney knows that if they give me a deal, I'm there. I guess it also helps to actually use the deals when they send them to you. They know they've got me hooked!
