Keep an eye on Office Depot and your local grocery stores. Safeway has offered them at 40% off the last few years.

This is exactly what I did online with Target yesterday - buy one, get one 30% off and stack with red card 5%. I just checked and it's still showing online (I looked for the $15 ones).
