Disney generally doesn't do any discounts on table service unless your a passholder or have the tables in wonderland card.

besides that, what exactly is cheap for you?? 10$ a person 40$ a person??? You can check out allears.net they have an extensive menu listing with prices.

Cheap and Disney usually do not go hand in hand. (unfortunately!!)

We almost always get the Dining Plan when we go, so based on the restaurants we have visited, a family of 4 can easily drop $100 for a dinner at most any restaurant, buffet or not. I'm not sure that really helps you but there you have it!

Even counter service for 4 can easily be $40.

There are a few more budget friendly(ish) places at WDW, like the Plaza Restaurant at the MK. Or Beaches and Cream on the boardwalk.
