Any dancers on here?

I really don't know how to answer this really. I don't have ballet, tap or anything like that training, but I do cheer and we have a lot of dance mostly Hip Hop involved in our routines.

yeah, i used to take ballet. i might take it again, if the lady moves over here, or not.

if i had stayed with it, i would have been in pointe about 3-4 years ago.

i now figure skate, which is dancing with blades strapped onto your feet. kind of. only with more bruises and cuts.

i dance on a competitive team and i do modern [[lyrical]], ballet, jazz, and hip-hop
and i've been dancing for 10 years

dancing since age two, so thats 14 years?
nearly 15 as im 17 next month haha.
and i help out every monday and (soon to be) saturday for the children, as theres sooo many of them!

my school doesnt do competitive dance any more, the competitions just got so out of control in terms of the jealousy of those winning and the general competitiveness haha!

we just do our exams and our annual shows!
theres two different shows each year a 'big' show and a 'little' show

the big show is where we do tap jazz(modern) and classical, contemporary and pointework ballet

and the second show is the kinda disco, rock n roll, street side of things

i myself do all of the above, i like ballet the best though, going into my 6th year of pointe

i love itttt
