Any Customer Service Info for Disneyland?

Last year we had a very poor experience with a character Meal. It unfortunately fell on our last day so we could not get another one. I sent a note off to the supervisor at the Disneyland Hotel with the details of our experience when we returned. We are going back next month and would like to speak with customer relations on any changes they have made. Does anyone have an email address or phone number of who to talk with?

Sorry you had a bad experience with a character breakfast! That should have been a highlight of your trip.

There's a number to call for making character meal PSs (725.781.3463), but I'm guessing that's not the right place to call.

Birnbaums has a number for Guest Communications (714.781.7290), or says you can contact Guest Services at one of the resort hotels if you are staying onsite. I'd start with either one of those.
