Any current special offers?

Does anybody know if there are any current special offers for WDW? I know a while back they offered the Dining Plan at no extra charge. I also feel like I saw something recently about being able to buy adult tickets at the child's price when you book a vacation. Is there a good website somewhere that keeps track of these little "secret" special offers?

Not sure if we'll see the free dining again...but I know on Disney's official website www.disney.go.com, they're offering a family of four for $1500.00 for a week at a value resort including passes. Of course, you can add dining for an addt'l charge.
