Any counter service places open in Epcot WS during eve EMH?

We're thinking of doing WS during evening EMH until 10 o'clock or so. Is it crowded or are most of the people up in Future World doing rides, etc. How much of WS is open as far as counter service restaurants? Thanks!

Last summer EMH in the evening only covered a few places in World Showcase, looking at the Disney web site seems to confirm what I expereinced last summer. Only American Adventure, Norway's Maelstrom and Mexico's Rio Del Tiempo are open in WS during EMH.

We were shooed out of China's CS about 10 minutes prior to Illuminations--about 8:50. Pretty much as Illuminations is shown the "countires" lock up for the night.

Honestly the only thing I remember about CS places being open during evening EMH was Mexico (Cantina de San Angel). I distinctly remember watching people buy nachos and asking my DH if he wanted to get any. However, this was towards the beginning of EMH and people were still lingering from Illuminations, so it might have closed down later and we didn't know it because we had moved on.

If I remember correctly, we had a light meal and great desserts at Kringla Bakery in Norway during EMH -- and then rode Maelstrom without any lines!!!
