I was going to be flying Continental Seattle -> Newark -> Bangor, ME tomorrow, but changed my flights to Monday to try to avoid any potential cancellations or getting stuck somewhere because of the storm.
Of course, doing that caused me to lose my seat assignments, so now from SEA to EWR I'm currently in a middle seat. I'm planning on checking in at the 24 hour mark tomorrow, do I have any hope of different seats being open? Right now there are no other seats to pick from, not even the "premium" seats are showing up on the map. Any other suggestions, 5 hours squeezed between 2 strangers isn't fun.
