Any Coach gurus??

I listed a bag on ebay but it did not sell. Anyone care to give advice- was it too high priced, not enough pictures or just a bad bag?

I'm not a big Coach girl , but I bought one at Lord and Taylor similar to that for not much more on clearance . So I guess I am saying it's priced to high for ebay.

I'm pretty sure that model is at the Coach outlet by me for significantly less. It's not a bad bag, it's just one that they made too many of and that will make resale difficult.

You need more pictures inside and out. The picture you have on there is not a close up, you need close ups. I don't know how the pricing for that specific purse is sorry.

I went to the coach store yesterday and didn't see a single purse I had to have, shocking.

Lots of people like coach, maybe it's a bad month to try to sell it on ebay, I don't know.

I have not had good luck selling my Coach bags on Ebay. I think its because people don't want to pay top price for a real bag with all the cheapie fakes on there. (which they think are real )
I would try a lower price and maybe a pic of the inside and the pocket where the serial number is to show its real and the condition.
I have not researched that particular bag ( I go look at completed auctions to get ideas for my prices)but....
I would try about $110-125.
I have found that a lower price always attracts more lookers.

I have bought many Coach bags off of ebay. I think the price is high. Just a guess here, but I think if you started that bag at $89.00 it would end up around the $100-$120, could go higher, depends on who wants it. Just my opinion from what I have seen and sold on ebay. The low start price gets them interrested. If you don't want to let it go for that cheap, you could always put a reserve on it. But start it out a little lower and let them fight it out.

too high a price for ebay and I agree about the better photos. I don't think that bag was much over $200 to start. My mom has the all suede one and it was less than $300.

Because you can't really be 100% certain what is fake and what isn't Coach bags don't get top dollar on ebay.

ETA I also think that your shipping is high. I always look at shipping and factor that into my bid.

I agree that that starting bid and shipping prices are kind of high. I've had luck selling Cocah on ebay and I always take pictures of the inside of the bag and list the serial number.

I think most Coach bags on eBay are replicas, even though they SAY "authentic", so people aren't willing to spend top dollar online. I think a lower start price would help, and maybe you can offer some sort of authenticity guarantee, so they can take it to a Coach store to make sure its real.
