Any chance for FD for DEC 2010?

We went last yr in Dec (1st week) and had FD.
Was thinking of 2nd r 3rd week.
We are AP, so could get a good savings off. Just looking fr the best deal.

If they had it last year there is a good chance they will offer it this year. I'm the person that thinks WDW is addicted to their special offers. They do tweak them but they are always there.

The economy is still in the tank with no improvement in sight and Harry Potterville is open. Special offers are a certainty.

I sure hope so. But...last year was the first time extended free dining was offered so I'm not counting on it being a sure thing again this year.

We had free dining December 2008 and 2009, so I feel somewhat confident they will offer it again. Infact, in 2008 we got free dining and a room discount as well. Seems like it was 20-30% for moderate. I'm sure we won't see that again!

I was talking about a general public FD offer, I didn't think that was offered until 2009. I'd LOVE to get FD plus a room discount (I'm sure everyone would). Right now I'm booked with a 35% room PIN but I'd give it up in a heartbeat if/when FD is offered.

I had free dining in 2008 and 2009, in December. Both I got by being a Disney visa card holder, I am also hoping they will offer it this year. I already have a 35% off bounceback, but would rather have free dining.

In 2008, there was NO free dining offer for December for the general public. If you got free dining in December 2008, it was ONLY through the Disney Visa.

Last year, 2009, was the first time there was ever a free dining discount for the general public in December.

I'm definitely hoping for free dining again this December, but as a PP stated, I'm not entirely convinced they will offer it again this year. Hopefully, by the end of the month we will all know.

We had free dining last Dec also, but that deal required only one day park tickets, which wasn't too bad. However, free dining for this August-Sept is requiring the purchase of two day park tickets for everyone in the room. If that's the deal offered for this Dec, that two day park ticket requirement may cut out alot of AP holders. We'll be there in early Oct and again in Dec. Right now the 35% off bounceback deals I have for those dates will beat free dining (if two day park tickets are required).
