I am a parent of a former DCPer who recently applied for a 2nd DCP experience and was stunned that somehow the web screen came back as failed. She has zero clue as to how that result could have happened, especially since she passed it easily a year ago. She had an exceptional DCP experience--a perfect record (0 points) that also included several incidents of written supervisor praise for her work. In short, she has proven her Disney fit, competence and commitment. Of course, it is what it is...she somehow "failed" the web thread...but do you think there is ANY chance of her following up with someone up the chain a bit to ask for a re-reading of that test or to have them look at her previous Disney record? Seems like a shame all the way around. This is her last opportunity, since she graduates this spring. I know my daughter doesn't want to be one of those whiners and she isn't crying "foul," but I wonder if it's worth encouraging her to try to work any other channels...or is that poor form and/or a colossal waste of time and heartache?
