Any canadians cashed in at milesource

Hello:

Well after my hubby cashed in his reward miles at milesource in october and has received nothing. my account is ready to cash in and then I am quitting that reward program.

Have any canadians been paid recently for cashing out from milesource and if so what did they cash out for, obviously giftcertificates.ca isn't paying out, as my hubby is still waiting. No one ever responds to our emails or calls.

Sorry to hear you're still having difficulty. I'm starting to get nervous. Dh should be able to cash out in about 2 weeks. I'm still a long way off from cashing out. Let's see. I guess I last cashed out last July maybe? I had to fight to get my gc by constantly emailing milesource. I finally got someone from gc.ca to contact milesource too. I did get my home depot gc. In my experience, gc.ca often gets the orders before getting payment from milesource. I've cashed out at mypoints through gc.ca and have NEVER had a problem...... Did I give you my gc.ca email address? PM me if I haven't.... Please keep us posted.

Yes, and no reply from them either. So I am wondering what is up, do you think milesource is having some sort of difficulty. You know it is a shame cause milesource is one of the programs that we enjoyed clicking on, if you can enjoy clicking, lol

Update, I finally got my hubby's home depot giftcertificate from milesource. We had been waiting since the middle of October. I guess we will continue clicking again.

Congrats on FINALLY getting it!! Dh cashed out on Mar. 7th so I'm wondering how long that will take! No emails or anything yet. Enjoy the cert!

I find that you have to keep bugging them. The longest I waited was 5 months but I did receive it. Just keep at it!
