Any Build a Bear Party discounts?

My daughter is turning 7 in June and has decided that a party at Build a Bear is what she'd like to do. Mummy would like to save some money on that project. Does anyone know of any discounts for parties out there right now? I know in the past, I've seen the birthday child is free or each child gets an extra few dollars credit.

can't help with BAB, but I do know that if your DD loves BAB stuff, then you may want to check out joining American Stuff A Bear.

it's a work at home biz - but you can just buy the stuff and not do the parties, etc. it's what I did for my DDs bday parties and other things - - they are very cute, very well made and are interchangeable w/ BAB (all animals can wear all clothes, etc.)

The most I have seen is the $10 off a party. We just had a party 2 weeks ago there. We did pick a bear up to $18. We didn't include clothes or accessories. The party was really cute and my daughter had a ball!

We had 15 kids and the total came to $250 (some kids picked $10 bears but most had $18 ones). We then walked down to the food court and put tablecloths and balloons and had cupcakes. And we had a separate small cake for my daughter.

I would definitely do a party there again, maybe not so many kids, the only down side is they don't have a party room which would have been great!

~Oh and my daughter got an autograph bear all the party kids could sign and they took a photo of the whole group that they gave to her.

Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. You will get some rewards certificates after you spend a set amount of money, but I think you get double points for a party.

Also check out Costco. In the past they have had $50 GC for Build a Bear for $40. If the party costs around $250 with the gift cards you could save $50

Thanks all!! I do have the stuff for stuff club membership. I will try going to Costco - that's a good idea. I remember seeing the cards there at Christmas time. If anyone does find a code or coupon, I'd sure appreciate it!
