any Boomarangs to be found in the parks?

My son 8 learned to use a plastic Boomarang, and wants to find one when we are there. I was thinking maybe there were some in in AK. Please let me know. Thanks

I'm not sure about finding boomerangs all the time at WDW but during the Food and Wine Festival I have always seen them at the Australia 'area'... near the Australian Wine Walk-about there is always a little gift booth where I have seen boomerangs, didgeridoos, wine, etc. for sale.

I remember seeing them there last year as well. They weren't plastic, though. My 5 y.o. wanted one, but I thought they were a little too "authentic" for him.

I didn't realize there was an aussie place in the world showcase. He wants a real one, and I was amazed when he learned how his toy worked as I always thought they were a fake thing. So He can have a couple if he likes them I guesse. Anyone know about how much they were? Thanks again

They only have an Austraila area during the Food and Wine Festival (9/29 - mid November). They have an Australia food booth and some souvenirs. Any other time of the year there is no Australia section.

Prices started in the mid teens on the ones we saw last year during the F&W Fest.

I have never been to the food and wine festivel, but I remember seeing my husband looking at boomerangs in world showcase. I think that it was in Canada or Great Britain. I am not positve which one. Good luck!
