Any benefit to purchasing Aulani at Aulani?

Question is in the title. Any special benefits or incentives to buying an Aulani DVC contract on-site?

When I was there last April, upon request they emailed me a special print out that I believe featured mildly better prices than just buying direct elsewhere. But my attention was diverted when a couple well priced resale contracts popped up, which I wound up buying while I was there.

I had a friend stay there a few weeks ago and while they did not visit the booth, they did receive an additional incentive via e-mail after their stay. It was an extra $500 off if they responded within 30 days of their stay.
