any beaders out there

I would like to make a bracelet like this one for a Relay for Live fundraiser but I have no clue on what beads to use. I found a place that sells Swarovski light rose beads and Bali spacers but I have no ideas what size or anything. Any ideas.

It looks like 6 mm bicones with 4 mm silver beads and 6 mm spacers.

Fire Mountain is a great place to get beads
