Any advice for summer face breakout?

I have no idea WHY but the past few weeks the areas right by my hairline have broken out. Not sure exactly what caused this, I've been using the same face cleaner I've been using for years, but it doesn't seem to be helping I thought I was done dealing with this years ago!

Any advice on anything that might help?

It could be increased oil or perspiration. Does it feel dry? Or is it oily?

If it's oily, look into a decent toner and use that to remove the excess oil. Could it be a new shampoo? I'm allergic to certain shampoos and end up with little red dots anywhere it touched.

Are you wearing a hat? If so, consider having it thoroughly cleaned/washed to remove any bacteria.

Use something with salycilic acid for that area.

Walk around topless. That way no one will notice your face.

I am the only 36 year old I know that still deals with my face breaking out shouldn't that be over with? Well, regardless it isn't... I've had fantastic luck with the Clearasil Ultra scrub... I thought nothing would clear my face up when the summer hit, but it has for the most part... for small breakthrough's I'm using a neutragena product...

Could it be sun block?? Every summer I go through this exact same thing and its because I have sun block on pretty much every day.
