Okay this seems to really confuse me.

If the vouchers are first come, first served would they be gone by dinner by people who book lunch?

Just wish you could book ahead of time!

And lunch is listed as a option in the link above but it doesn't appear in the menus or in the dining availability.

A lunch reservation will usually get you the earlier showing, with dinner getting the second (if there are two showings). I would imagine they would hold some throughout the day to make sure that they aren't all gone within the first few hours.

Is it fixed menu because the menu isn't listed anywhere. just the regular menu.

I'm curious about the lunch thing too. The page makes it sound like Carthay Circle lunch is an option but they only list dinner hours. Maybe you can get the package from the Carthay Al Fresco Dining?
