We've been to both...Kona Cafe hands down...they have excellent food there.

I like both, but I like Kona cafe better. I've never been there for breakfast or lunch, so i'm not sure which meal you are going for, but for dinner I've been a few times and it is very good. I've been to GFC for lunch & dinner a few times each (we stayed there twice) & I liked it, so you can't go wrong with either really.
