We were considering March 21-23. I looked online and got conflicting reports, but one site listed it as a quieter time. Our travel agent friend says "Don't do it!". It seems like a lot of Spring breaks will be later and it might be okay, but I just read the post here that said moderate to high. I'd rather avoid heavy crowds, dh gets grumpy about the lines, and he wasn't sure about this trip in the first place. I've never been and suddenly I'd like the kids to go while they're little enough to enjoy the magic. I don't want to wait til fall because baby is 8 months and it won't be long until she is wanting to run everywhere, I'd rather keep her calm in her stroller. I heard that summer is worse than spring. So my question, if not March then when?

It will be busy. It's good that you are going midweek, that's always better than weekend.

To give you an idea of how many people could be there for spring break look at this poll below.

One word....RideMax!

It will probably be busy no matter what time of year you go...it seems to me that there is no longer a slow time.

My suggestion--go mid-week, go as early in the day as you can, use FP and baby swap to your best advantage.

Don't go with too many expectations, with a baby everything seems to take so much longer than you think it will. If you just relax and go with the flow, no matter when you go it will be great!

Most California schools have spring break the week before or after Easter, so you will miss the heaviest crowds. The Disney "experts" agree, because the southern California season passes are not blocked out on those days. They are always blocked out on the busiest days. It will not be as busy as DisneyWorld is during the same time frame.

Have fun!!!
