Another weekend, another wedding..

.. yes, I've got another wedding to go to tomorrow, had 2 in feb, 1 in March, and every weekend since 3rd June I've been either at a wedding day or evening do or a hen weekend, what an expensive time, I'm seriously thinking about having an 'I'm never getting married again party' to try and eek back some of the many presents I've had to buy . seriously though, its been lovely but the amount I've had to spend on clothes!!! yeek!!! as all but 3 of the weddings have been in the same circle of friends I can't wear the same thing twice.

It goes like that doesn't it? Some frineds of ours have had/have got no fewer than 9 weddings this summer - yikes She said exactly the same as you about how costly it's been. Luckily, we haven't had any this summer!!!

Still, at least it's a fun, sociable time and yes, why not have an "I'm glad to be single" rotfl: - until Mr Right comes along

We have a wedding to go to next weekend. the wedding is in Harrow on the Hill and the reception is at Claridges! The outfit and present has cost me a small fortune.

How fantastic though Emma, Claridges is my favourite hotel in the world, is the dinner in Gordon Ramseys?

I don't think so, I'm sure it's in one of the function rooms. I've seen the menu's and they are interesting.

Have a great time at the weddings, Carol and Emma. I am the other way, I can honestly say that I haven't been to a wedding since my own - 6 years ago!! I want to go to a wedding

We have hit a lull now too with none looking likely in the near future. I love a good wedding but the cost does stack up!

Im so geaulous.Ive not been to a wedding for years.Everybody I know is now married (or divorced - so hope there I suppose!)
Mind you,in this weather you want to be the bride!!
I just cant stop my hair from being wet with sweat!!
Anyway ,back to the thread...just change your accessories!!All eyes will be on brides and if its a "good" hen night-nobody will notice!!
