Another WEBCAST?

I have 2 contracts listed for sale with the intent of a new addon. I am not sure about the timing of pulling the trigger on the addon. Did I hear some rumblings about another webcast? I want the addon but it will kill me to do it now. Incentives are practicaly nill. I remember complaining in the old days about developer points. At least they were something which is better than nothing (I consider a mere $5 off nothing).

Disney markets in cycles. They really push BLT then switch to AKV. Then they raise prices and wait a while. Then they offer a limited timed incentive.

All this is designed to make buyers think that now is the time to buy before the prices or incentives change again.

What kind of incentives have been offered in the past? Being new to this, it seemed like current incentives were pretty good, but it sounds like they could be better.

If they aren't already marketing one now, they may rely on spring fever to sell DVC for the next couple months.

If Disney thinks there will be lots of traffic for DVC from the parks and DCL. Disney knows the hotel occupancy for the next couple months.

If the parks and DCL are busy, it makes sense to use the "double points" incentive to sell without a webcast.
If parks and DCL are slow, a webcast makes sense.

Now that I wrote that, Disney will probably announce another webcast soon.

My guide told me that she thought there might be one end of march/beginning of April.
