Another Water Park Question.....

We plan to spend a day at typhoon lagoon. Can we take in snacks and water or do we have to buy food & drink Items in the parks? Where do you leave your towels, sunglasses etc while playing in the water and on the slides?

You can bring your own food and drink into the waterparks - I believe they say up to one cooler per family.
When in the water most people just leave their stuff on the sun beds - pretty trusting I guess but its that sort of place. I think people notice who's bed is who's and would say something if someone else was sniffing around. Lockers are available also of course..

true - a point worth noting though....you still have to get thru the security checks though (at least we did) and you can't pack glass bottles or knives. they don't mind if you bring in an entire pick-nic, but no glass.

We have never had a problem with anyone mucking with out grub or belongings at our beach chairs while we are away having fun in the park. We intentionally don't bring out nice thick Disney beach towels though, and we never leave cell phones, wallets or expensive sunglasses there. What does not fit in a ziplock bag in our fannie pack (that we take with us even in the water - park passes, ID, some cash, car keys) stays in the car glove box or in the room safe.

Adding to that I am correct in saying (in theory) you arent allowed to bring your own alcohol in either?

Thanks for the info. We were planning to just take a small backpack with a couple of plastic bottles of water and some chips or crackers. Hubby's contact lens kit, ball caps, sun screen and old beach towels. I have one of those plastic leak proof cases to hold some cash and car keys. Everything else we will leave locked in car or room safe at resort. We did not know if they let you bring in water & food items.

Nope, no alcohol.
