Another waitlist question (sorry!)

I have a back up room - so I am covered if my waitlist does not come through.

But here is my silly question - does MS keep a record of every time I call to check on my waitlist? I feel stupid every time I call. I have 5 nights waitlisted, and I call back to see if there are any single nights available. If they are - I would take the single night - and cancel one night off of my back up room.

But, I feel like I am being a pest. Some MS employees are very kind, others act like I am interrupting their busy day... So -I am just wondering if it shows up in the system "The pest has called 6 times over the last 4 months..."

I wonder the same thing and then I remember: I don't care if they think I'm a pest. I am kind when I call and I am the consumer.

No, I don't believe they keep track and I would not worry about it because there are several people who call and end up getting their nights this way.

A few years ago, I had a wait list going, but couldn't wait list all the options I wanted so I had to call and I was able to change to my 2nd choice while I waited for my first choice. Eventually, the 1st choice became available via wait list but at least it hadn't, calling had gotten me the 2nd choice.
