Another Transportation Question

Can someone give me an idea what it would run to take a taxi from WDW (specifically, CBR) to IOA?

And, can anyone tell me how the bus transportation works and which company it is that goes from WDW to US? Will it get us there before the park opens and would we be able to stay until it closed? Or, how does the timing work? I'd like to be there when it opens, and not be rushed to get to the bus once the park closes.

Mears is the company that runs the shuttles from WDW to Universal. You would need to make arrangements 24 hours in advance including the pick up times. The shuttle will stop at other Disney hotels to pick up people who are also going so that may slow you down. Since you want to get there at opening and leave at closing, you might be better off doing a cab so you can go w/o too much delay...especially in the morning.
