another ticket question

I know there have been a million ticket questions, but I searched and haven't seen a thread about this one - sorry!

We are considering taking my 2 nieces with us in April. They each have hoppers with 2 days each remaining on them. Is it possible to add days on / upgrade to a 5 or 6 day MYW ticket?

Or, maybe it would be better to purchase them 4 day MYW tickets and simply use the remaining days on the old passes as is.

I wouldn't do anything with the old passes. Either use them as is this trip or save them for another trip.

The old tickets are good forever. They also wouldn't be assigned to anyone but the new ones are.

Yup - I think that's exactly what we will do.

I think I am actually going to try to convince my sister to buy the the whole hog! 10 day, non-expiring, park hopping, plus-ing passes. They may go again with sis's in-laws at Thanksgiving, so it would make more sense to do that. And even if they don't, they will go again sometime in the future, right? (esp. with an auntie & uncle that like to go 3 times a year...)
