Another Thanksgiving week question

I've been reading the Thanksgiving thread and gathering information for Thanksgiving 2015. We were thinking of arriving the Sat. or Sun. before Thanksgiving and doing 5 days. I understand that it is busier the week before than the week after. We tend to go in the off season so could someone tell me how busy is busy. (Dumb question?). What would be expecting for ride wait times? What about on Thanksgiving Day?
