Another SW refund ???

I was just checking on our SW fares, and the day that we are scheduled to come back on has a lower fare at a different time than we have booked. Would I be able to change this w/o penalty and get a refund !!?!?

You would be able to change the flight but will get the fare difference in ticketless travel credit. You can not get a refund to your credit card if you make any changes to your itinerary - time, date, airport.

Would it be best to do this over the phone or could I do this via internet ??

If you booked your flights over their website you can go into Travel Tools; under this area is Change Air Reservation. You need the confirmation number and the name from the credit card used to buy the tickets. You should be able to change just the flight that has gone down in price. It is pretty easy to do. If you booked over the phone I would think you could call to make the change.
