When: Jan 25 – Jan 31

Why: Well, that is just obvious.

I hope I find enough time to keep up with this. I love message boards, so that should help.

As we did with our last trip we mentioned it to our families to see if anyone would join us. Last trip only my parents were smart enough. This time we will have quite the cast of characters:

SIL - she was in from the start
BIL - once we got him on board things were booked
DNi - 4yo and VERY close with her cousins

MiMi & PatPat - my parents - in from the start

DB, SIL, DNi(14) & DNi(9) - shocked us all when they decided to come. SIL said she would never go to Disney :confused3 and had convinced her kids to feel the same. However the 14 year old rebelled and wanted to come and convinced the rest. :yay: It will be all of their (except my brother) FIRST TRIP!!

FIL - He is undecided. He has spent the last 4 years caring for MIL in her fight with cancer. She past away last month. I quickly booked FIL a room (before teh deal ew all booked expired) in case when the time came for the trip (or 45 days out) he wanted to come. I think he will.

Oh and BIL's Mom - how could I forget her. :rolleyes1

So that makes 16 of us total. :scared1: I guess we could turn this into a Grand Gathering but I'm not sure what that does for us. It's not like we are going to spend all out time all together.

As the title says this trip is a surprise from the kids (our 3 and DNi(4) ). It will be their big Christmas present from us. We did the same thing 2 years ago. We wrapped up a whole bunch of Disney things in a big box. It took them awhile to get it. I need to figure out something different this time. Rigt now I am thinking a scavenger hunt where they find the letters to spell out D-I-S-N-E-Y. :DUNNO: They can't read much but they can read that.

Well, here we are 11 days out!!!!!!

Holidays are over, DD's 6th birthday is over (party was today). So now I can concentrate on the trip.

We ended up upgrading our dining plan to the basic plan. Our dining schedule is:
arrival day - Jan 25 5:50pm - Chef Mickey's (10 of us)
F - Jan 27 8:40am - Crystal Palace (11)
Sa - Jan 28 5:45 - Boma (15)
Jan 29 5:15pm - Beirgarten (11)
Jan 30 11:30am - Hollywood & Vine (9)

They all ended up being buffets. Not ideal but it is what it is.

Monday I plan to pull out the summer clothes and start packing.:cool1:

We'll be there for part of your trip. Staying at WL from 1/22 to 1/28. There will be 5 of us. Me, DH, DS, and my parents.

I'm impressed at your ADR's for 10, 11 and 15 people!
