Another Stroller Question

Maclaren Rally Twin:

Will my 5 yo look squished in the seat? We have the aria twin right now & she can't fit in it because of her height.... she's 44 inches tall... How will she fit in the Maclaren? Does anyone have experience with this?



Also, does the universal organizer fit the double stroller?

For a 5 yr old? Honestly I wouldnt spend so much money of a Maclaren, at this point. Either use an old one you've had for a while and dont sweat the wieght limit or rent one as needed.

You might be able to save some money on the organizer...Target sell an Eddie Bauer one that is almost identical...and a heck of a lot cheaper when you start adding in the shipping, etc. for the Mac organizer.

I don't think she will be squished or uncomfortable, but you might want to try one out in the store. I don't have a double mac, but my almost 4 yr old fits in my single mac (he's 44 inches, 39 pounds). My 6 year old is started to look a little big for it, but she is 49 1/2 inches, 45 pounds. Now, my kids are both skinny and tall, so if your dd is on the chunkier side, maybe she will fit tighter in the seat. If she is only 44 inches though, she sounds like she is on the small side for a 5 year old so I don't think it will be a problem.

Your best bet is to try one out in the store with both of your children before making such a large purchase to make sure it works for you.
