Another Southwest ?

I am flying Southwest and can print my boarding pass at home before departing to MCO. But how do I do this on my return trip home? Can the CM at the hotel take care of this or do we have to wait til we get to MCO?

From our experience and from what we've heard, all resorts can print your boarding passes for you. When we were at BWV's my DH walked down to the front desk at midnight to print his out. I believe a few people have given their confirmation numbers, etc to the front desk before bed but I didn't want to chance a shift change or maybe someone forgetting. Just double check with the resort when you check in. Have a great trip!

I've had the resort print them in the past after midnight at the BC & SSR. The last trip I brought my laptop and checked in online after midnight. I got A passes but had no printer, but when I checked our bags at the SW counter at the airport they gave me my A passes.

So if you have a laptop, but no printer, would it work the same if you checked in online at 12:01 AM, but didn't print the boarding passes? When you picked up the boarding passes at the counter (or where ever) would it be just like if you printed them at 12:01? I am mainly concered w/ getting an "A" boarding pass. I hope that makes sense!

Here is my two cents.. I do not stay up until 12:01 to print these things. Was up once at 12 and the system was down. Unless you have a very early flight I just don't really think it's required.

If you check in, but don't print you just get a reprint of your boarding pass so if you had an A you would still have an A.

A little known fact about A's. They don't gurantee you anything. I was an A once on a flight from Orlando that started in Fort Lauderdale. There were only 20 seats empty on the plane when it got to Orlando....
