Another snow day today! How about you?

Yup, us too. Only it's a five day weekend here...we were off Friday and Monday.

We have mostly ice though...we got snow first, and then ice on top. It doesn't matter much for me, since it is my day off anyway, but my 15 year old actually wanted to go to school. They have finals this week, and now they will be pushed back with no make up day (supposed to be Friday, and he would have had Friday off if he didn't miss any final days). I told him to look at the bright side...one more day to study!

We were off Wednesday and Thursday last week but had school Friday. Thursday really should have been a delay vs no school but I don't make the decisions. This is my dd's 6th year in school and she has never had more than one snow day before.

We do have school today (near Boston) though I'm not looking forward to pick up. My dh dropped the kids off today but we walk 1/2 mile home (plus I walk there). Even if you drive you still have to walk to the door to pick up kids in younger grades and I have a 1st grader as well. Friday there is mention of snow yet again.

You guys have gotten hammered this year! We were just up there visiting relatives (Mansfield) and I could not believe the snow! The snow banks were taller than me!!

We had a two hour delay today. First time in my 11 years that we've ever had a delayed opening.

Nope, no snow here either! Bright sun! 75 degrees at 4pm!

And I feel all your pain. I lived in MA until 2008. I have shoveled MORE than my share of snow.
