Another Shoe Question - Sport Sandals?

For the first time, I ditched my running shoes for sandals for two days of walking around WDW. This included pushing my Mom in a wheelchair. So this was quite a bit of exertion. I'm recovering from plantar fasciitus and was fit with some sandals by Chaco. My feet felt GREAT!!! They have many colors and styles and lots of waterproof styles.
My feet never felt better. Chaco sandals do have an exaggerated arch to support overpronation and a very supportive heel bed, so make sure they are right for your foot. I went to a place called Foot Solutions to be fit.:worship:

It's true that everyone's feet are different, so will have different needs. A year and a half ago, I did the ultimate search for my perfect walking sandals. My trip before last summer's trip was a horrible nightmare for my feet and I decided I had to get some really good sandals. I get really hot in the summer and will NOT wear anything that encloses my feet all the way.

Teva's and Merrells have never worked for my wide, squared-off feet.

I went with the Ecco sandals previously mentioned (the Yucatan sandal):

And with the Keen Sarasota sandals:

Both worked great for my wide feet.

And of course I love my Reef flip-flops, which I raved about in the flip-flop thread.
