Another set of Newbie questions

We are leaving in 4 days for our 1st family trip!! Here are my questions:
1. What time can we see Storytime with Belle in Fantasyland? Is it the same time every day?
2. Has anyone used the touring plans from the unofficial guide to Disney? If so, what do u think?
3. What is the best time to go to Harmony Barbershop on Main St.?

2. Most people are in agreement that they work well. I used a modified version and only twice waited more than 15 minutes on our spring break trip.

I have not used the touring guides, but did splurge on Tour Guide Mike this year for his Least Crowded Parks advice - hoping it will work for our trip in two weeks.

If you have Verizon cell service, you might be able to download the Disney Mobile Magic app which is supposed to give you real-time ride wait and Fastpass info for the park you are currently in. I downloaded it for our upcoming trip so - fingers crossed!
