Another renewal question

My parents live in FL parttime. They have FL resident passes. If they renew now, will WDW send their vouchers to TN or to FL? The are only in FL for about 8 months but less now because Dad is being treated for cancer. At this point they won't be down there until winter time but will need new tickets before then.

Anyone know?

If they renew online, they will just check in at Guest Services to get their new passes. It might be less expensive to let the old ones expire and just get new passes with a new anniversary date next time they go.
