Another refillable mug question

I did try looking but couldn't find an answer. If I bring an old refillable mug can I pay to reactivate it? If so is it the same cost as buying a new one?

It costs the same amount to reactivate an old mug as it is to purchase a new one. If the old mug has been microwaved or washed in a dishwasher than they won't be able to reactivate it.
