Just returned from a 7-day trip to WDW, and I just wanted to post some quick praise for FL Tours since this board is where I first learned of them. This was our first trip without a car (we had previously either driven our own car, or rented a car at the airport), and we were trying to find the most reliable and economical transportation to and from the airport for 4 people.
The grocery store stop was the main reason we chose this service because we needed a large supply of drinking water, and didn't want to pay $3 (or whatever they charge now) per bottle per person each day of our trip. The grocery stop allowed us to pick up some snacks and pullup diapers on the way to the hotel, which saved us room in our suitcase for the flight over.
The driver was prompt and courteous (we had the same driver for the trip there and back). Our flight to Fl was delayed about 2 hours, and he was right there waiting for us at baggage claim. The vehicle was very clean. Their website on which we made our reservations said that they would provide 1 booster seat, but we needed 2, so they provided a second at no extra charge.
I'm the type of person who doesn't feel comfortable unless I call and confirm all reservations ahead of time, so I freaked out the morning of our departure when I remembered we hadn't called to confirm our pickup time at the hotel to head to the airport. But there was no need to worry...they were there promptly at the time they had promised, and got us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.
I just wanted to return the favor by posting another good review for this company after getting so many good tips from this board!
