Goodness, yesterday we had to do squats in gym with 40lbs on our back. I did 15 and I couldn't feel my legs afterwards. While walking out of class one of my legs gave out and I fell on the concrete on my knees. Owwie. Right now they hurt so bad. I can barely move, sit or walk without them hurting and me thinking I'm going to fall over if they give out again.
And I'm tired. I should sleep.
