I'm sure you guys will know the answer to this question: Are bathing suits allowed at the parks for children? (bathing suits with shorts) Thanks again for all your help with planning our trip.

As far as I know, yes. There is a water play area in the Pooh play area.

I would say yes, but do have shirts and shorts for the kids. Especially in summer the kids will get sunburned even with sunscreen if you don't cover them up. Its nice to have a swim suit on so they can play in the fountains at places like epcot.
Also, this is a sore subject but with all the weirdo's out there I would keep kiddies looking modest so they don't catch some perv's eye. Its no secret that disney security has arrested some people even in the past year for trying to touch the kids.
