Another question, we got our pin e-mail but

we don't have a club ID. It says in the e-mail we should receive it with our documents in the mail but we haven't received our documents yet.
I go so excited when I got the e-mail I got tears in my eyes. We are one step closer to making our reservation!
 
I just called Member Services at that point. Gave them my ss#, and name. They looked us up, and from there gave me our membership Number and Club Id. I then set up my online account with dvcmembers.com

That let me see when my points were in the account, and then I knew I could call with my membership # and make a reservation!!

So give them a call! Good luck.

Thanks, it's Sunday I'll have tow ait till tomorrow. Were you in the system when you called? I would assume that means we are in the system since DVC e-mailed the pin number.
 
We closed on 6/12. I received the pin email on 6/17. I was in the system on 6/18, but with no points. Points were in my account on 6/19 (afternoon) and I made our first reservation on 6/19.

One more question. I called and got my Club ID & Member #. It was listed under my name which is hyphanated but DH's name didn't show up. weird. Anyway, how will I know if my points are in? It says I have 0 points available, does that mean they haven't been put in the system yet? I have all of 2005 & 2006 banked those will show up right?

The easiest way I found was to set up my DVC internet account at dvcmembers.com

If you need help, call Member Services and they can walk you thru how to set up. Online, you should see all your points (including banked) in your 2006 or 2007 year. Not to worry, et up your online account, so you can see. Then call MS to make sure. Just don't make any reservations until you can account for all your points.
