I was wondering. What hotel is closer and better. Candy cane or Hojo. I want one with in walking distance from the gate. Thanks guys

I think both are within walking distance. I think Hojo is a little closer walk wise, but Candy Cane also has a shuttle you can use as a backup. Both are definitely walking distance though.

I've only stayed at the HoJo and it's definitely within walking distance.

We were just at HOJO last week, stayed in building 2 which is the farthest away, and from our room to enterance of the parks it took 15 minutes tops, and that is with pushing a stroller and a 7 year old walking! Very easy walk, even late at night when you are tired!

For us they are both walking distance. Actually someone posted the "actual walk times" or distance and they were almost exactly the same. We love the HoJo for the staff and the Ent Rate but we love the CCI for the good bfast and the free shuttle. Pick what's most important and book that way. For us it's more important to save $$ so we lean towards the HoJo almost every visit.

Never stayed there but they have a good rep for a reliable shuttle every 30 minutes. And free. And of course walking is not too far if you want to do it.
