Ok, after seeing T-n-P and C&G's itineraries, I've decided to post mine too. I thought I was doing pretty well about not overplanning this trip, but some of you may disagree. ;) It is just DP and me, and she will spend an overnight off visiting her Mom, so I will be solo for a couple of days.

This may seem like a lot of table-service meals, but DP hates most counter service options and like someplace where we can take a break and have a glass of wine with the meal. Also, since I had gastric bypass a few years ago, a lot of traditional fast foods don't work for me, since I have trouble with things that are fried and with bread, and I try to get quality protein. We will end up sharing an entree at most places, since I can't eat much at a sitting. Most breakfasts will be at the quick-service at the resort, so I didn't bother listing that.

Here's the plan:

Thurs. 4/16
Flight arrives noon-ish
Check into POR
Park: Epcot
Lunch: Depends what time we actually get to WDW.
Dinner: Chefs de France

Fri. 4/17
DP: Heads out to visit her Mom
Me: Solo day at MK - my only goal this day is to ride Space Mountain as many times as possible
Lunch: Tony's
Dinner: Kona Cafe, then back to MK for Wishes

Sat. 4/18
DP: returning late afternoon/early evening before dinner
Me: DHS
Lunch: 50's Prime Time (I've been dreaming about their pot roast since Oct.)
Dinner: Boma

Sun 4/19
Check out of POR and into GF
Park: Epcot
Lunch: Marrakesh
Dinner: Cali Grill (8:55pm - hopefully we'll get to see Wishes)

Mon. 4/20
Park: DHS
Lunch: Sci-Fi Dine-In (This is strictly for DP, who is a huge science fiction fan)
Dinner: Brown Derby

Tues. 4/21
Park: AK
Lunch: Yak & Yeti
Dinner: Narcoossee's

Wed. 4/22
Park: MK
Lunch: Liberty Tree
Dinner: Yachtsman Steakhouse (Thinking about trying to switch this to Citrico's - any advice?)

Thurs. 4/23
Park: Epcot
Breakfast: Boma
Lunch: Tangierine Cafe
Dinner: Coral Reef

Fri. 4/24
Park: Epcot
Lunch: Le Cellier
Dinner: Jiko

Sat. 4/25 (My B'day)
Park: MK
Birthday promotion: gift card
Breakfast: CRT (This is for the 7-year-old princess: in me)
Lunch: Garden View Tea Room
Dinner: Tony's

Sun. 4/26
Check out of GF
Breakfast: GF Cafe
Lunch: have reservations for GF Tea again, but will depend on what else we decide to do during the day
flight leaves 8pm-ish.

So that's the plan. The goal is to arrive at the parks for rope drop most days or as close to it as we can - I'm so not a morning person, but I'll do what I have to do to avoid lines as much as possible. Other than the ADR's, I have no specifics plans for what to do in the parks so we will wing it from there.

Any thoughts?

I'd rather tell you this now, so you're not so disappointed when you get to the park, but Space Mountain is closed for a huge refurbishment. I think until late this year in fact. And what's worse, the TTA is going to be closed for a portion of this time as well. :(

Thank you for mentioning this. It's actually going down starting on 4/19, which is a big part of the reason we added those 3 days at POR at the beginning of the trip, since were originally scheduled to arrive on 4/19. :)

Nice itinerary! It looks like you have lots of time to soak up the magic. :wizard:

Excellent planning on that!
I hear besides giving it a good and deserved cleaning, the track will be replaced but the course will not be drastically reworked. I'm jealous you're getting to get some of the last rides in! I hope they keep the star tunnel music. Fingers crossed!

That's cool about a day of Space Mountain. We're going to be there while it's shut down. I've never been on. Now that DD is old enough she wants to go so we'll just have to go back again after it opens. Oh, the sacrifices we make..:goodvibes
