We will be at the POFQ from 19th till 27th January with our 6 & 4 year old boys !!!
I am making my lists and it occured to me that I will need to store milk in the room..Both the boys are used to having a cup of warm milk after they wake up and before bedtime.
Is the fridge cold enough to store milk etc . Also who do you normally order milk from(as in grocery service) ??
I just called POFQ and there are microwaves in the food court at POFQ. However she said the fridge is not as tall to store milk so I may have to keep the can on its side !!
TIA

:goodvibes We ordered a small milk from gardengrocer.com and it fit just fine. The fridge was cold enough to store it as well. We also had coke, diet coke and waters and I don't remember running out of room. They are small bar refrigerators but ample sized for a vacation. There is a microwave down in the quick service food court.

If you have the opportunity to get to a grocery store, Horizon Organic milk comes in containers (like a juice box but a little bigger) that can be stored room temperature. They make 2%, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. I don't usually buy organic reguarly, but these are a lifesaver when we're traveling and my dtr is begging for her milk. You may also consider trying to find a place to buy them on-line and have it shipped to the resort in advance. Just a thought.

half gallon size fit very nicely in the door of the room fridge.

Yes, half gallon size containers of milk fit fine in our fridge at Caribbean Beach on our recent trip. I think we had to move a small wire shelf to get it to fit in there, but it fit. I didn't store it on the door.

The fridges are not super cold so I adjusted ours to the coldest temp to make sure our milk stayed cold enough. The temp comes from the back wall of the refrigerator so be careful with anything that comes in contact with the back wall. It will freeze. But if you want to super cool juice boxes or bottles of water to take to the park, line them up along the back wall (make sure they touch the wall) and they will freeze or at least get really icey.

Here's a pic of our fridge at POFQ...1/2 gallon in the door :goodvibes ETA: We had Garden Grocer deliver milk, rasin bread, margerine, apple slices, string cheese, lunchmeat, water, etc. We had excellent service from them.

Thanks a lot !!!! The fridge picture helps a lot !! I think I m going to go with Garden grocer too...A couple of 1/2 gallon milks and juice boxes, cheese slices etc etc..We will be taking fruit with us..Made a good stop at Supertarget yesterday and got fruit snacks, goldfish crackers, kellogg bars, granola and a bunch of the 100 calorie pouches....I think I am going to have 1 bag just filled with snacks :-)

Thanks again !
