Another pin collecting opportunity down the drain?

Well this is a fine kettle of woozles. Just read that there will be no Osborne Family Lights this coming holiday season
Don't they know this will spoil my collection? Not only is it rude but it is really dissapointing! HBC is not a happy cat tonight. Maybe they could just release a pin for no osborne lights..

This happened with my Disney Hallmark ornaments too. They started a series of the princesses and I thought it would be a great series to collect. So, I started off getting one every year. Well, apparently they didn't sell as well as Disney and/or Hallmark helped and the "series" ended up being a total of 3 ornaments

Oh well... have too many of them anyway....

And it is such a money maker for them too....I wonder what they are going to to to better that???

word is that they are going to be re-habbing the area where the lights are usually on display. there were no plans to relocate them, only to cancel. hopefully they will come up with something good to take its place!

I'vd heard someting about a car show (like one at DLP?) that ME wants to put into MGM. I don't know if it's suposed to take the place of the Osburne Lights, but someone should like it.
