another photo problem

I tried to download some pics to snapfish to send for printing. Snapfish keeps saying the download failed and the pictures may be corrupted or there may be another error. Any idea of what to try? These are pictures of my dd as she worked on her wedding favors and invitations - the only pictures.

do you have them still saved on the disk? Try sending them to walmart or cvs....
I hope you get them figured out soon!

do the pics work in a graphics program on your computer? if not then they got damaged some how, otherwise try a defrag.

I finally got them to download, in fact I just finished. I rebooted the computer and tried - didn't work, rebooted again, and they downloaded but one at a time rather than a group. We've been having a few minor problems with our computer and I have been bad at backing up things so I'm working on that tonight. Nothing like a scare to get you back on top of the things.

Walmart or CVS would have been my next try.

I had that same error when I tried to download photos to Snapfish. I finally just switched over to Winkflash. Didn't have any trouble downloading there.

I've never had a problem with Snapfish, but I have lost pics when my PC crashed so i like to keep a hard copy, disc and extra copies online - nothing like belt and braces
