Another Owner's Locker/Magic Stroller Amazing Service Story

Realized early this morning that we needed a stroller. Talked to John at Owner's Locker at 7:41 AM. He said that he would do his best. At 8:31 AM a stroller was delivered to our resort. There is NO company on the planet that provides better customer service. I am an Owner's Locker lover for good reason!

Yep, they are great...we broke the axle of our double stroller at 5pm, got the Magic Stroller number from CM at Wilderness lodge. We had a double stroller delivered to OKW by 8pm that same night. Wonderful service, wonderful, clean stroller.

We have used Owner's Locker for several years, now we are renting a double stroller for an upcoming trip with twin grandsons and couldn't be happier. If there's a better service company anywhere, I would be shocked. They are the best!

It's a pleasure to do business with the OL folks. Having an OL is one of the fun things about being in DVC. Haven't needed a stroller lately, but with a couple of grandchildren getting primed for a WDW in a few years, it's good to know OL has them.

I couldn't agree more! We love our OL and the service John and Co. provide. I was just looking at our plans for a few weeks from now and realized we have an ADR in the Magic Kingdom on wine evening, What a bummer! I may have to find somewhere else to eat!

You do not need a locker. We didn't think our 5 year old would need one but she is tiny and got pretty pooped. Here is a link. Nice strollers, completely sanitized and much cheaper than the parks.

You keep your stuff in your OL & the folks in the Purple Van deliver it to your resort in time for your arrival & pick it up on your departure day. No need to check bags anymore. We not only keep toiletries/necessities but have a 2nd locker for extra clothes, shoes, hoodies, blankets, booze, etc.

There are lots of threads on "what's in your locker?" Some people keep Brita pitchers, mini Keurig's, you name it!

The only drawback to Magic Strollers is that your daughter and son in law may decide the city mini is the perfect stroller, and you as the nana may end up buying one for them!

There is also a DVC perk for Owners Locker. Be sure to look on the member's website before ordering thru the regular website. The DVC discount is available only thru the member's website.

SamSam, I am very impressed with what you have in those lockers! I have never done the OL because our trips have been mostly DCL over the past few years. Since our first grandbaby is due next month, we are planning more WDW again, and I am seriously considering OL and will use your list when planning! Thanks

The OL customer service is awesome! In March, they delivered and picked up our OL at MCO, so we could take it to Vero Beach for Spring Break! Sure makes packing for vacation a whole lot easier! We love OL!
