another online check in question

I just did the online check-in for our trip beginning on Monday. Everything went smoothly except it wouldn't let me put in my room request. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the site or is it because we're so close to our check in day.

I did ask to be on a higher floor when I made my reservations, so this should already be listed in my reservations. I wanted to add it to my online reservations also but was unable to.

It's normal for DVC reservations. The request portion of online check-in was designed for cash guests.

Yes, same thing happened to me, when I booked they gave me HH area at OKW but when I did online check in I could'nt add it in.When we checked in the cast mem said I see you requested HH area and we have that for you so it must have carried thru. Hope thats your case too.
