Another Nintendo DS Question

Hi all! I am almost 100% sure that dd is getting a DS or DS Lite (whatever I can gte cheaper) for Christmas.... I know they will play the GBA games, but here's my question will they also play the Game Boy games? We have some that are super old and I just wondered if they'll still be okay to play?

Hi RObin! My DD10 has the DS LITE...love it! I believe it plays only the GBA. DD says it's the small rectangles that will play, not the big squares. HTH!
