Another My Points Question!

Hi, all!
Has anyone had trouble recently communicating with My Points? I emailed them over a week ago about something not posting to my account, and I didn't receive a response...automated or otherwise.
Any suggestions? :confused3

I emailed them about points not posting and it took a little while to get a reply. I emailed them before the Webcertificates came back to see if they were coming back and they never replied.

I feel a little bit better now!

I just got concerned when the website said I'd get an automatic response (and I didn't) and then that someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours (which they haven't)!! It was a fairly large purchase, so I was concerned that they were avoiding me. (Which may still be the case, but at least I'm not the only one, LOL!)

I sent them a message last week about a reward that I cashed out for earlier in September and I'm still waiting for a reply. On the auto response e-mail they sent me, it said that because of the large volume of e-mail they receive, it could take up to 5 days for a response. Of course when I sent them an e-mail shortly after their site was upgrade, it said a response could take 3 days and they never replied until I wrote them back a second time :rolleyes: :rotfl:

So frustrating!!
I really wish they had a phone number...it would be nice to talk to a "real" person!

What worries me is that I haven't received an auto response at all...I can't tell if my ISP is blocking their emails, or if it's just not auto responding, and there's really no way to tell. (I love technology until times just like this, LOL!) :badpc: On the other hand, though, I had to email them about a separate (technical) issue, and that one got resolved almost immediately. Go figure!

The really strange part is that I'm emailing them because I haven't been credited for a purchase I made at the beginning of the month. Since I sent the first email, I've made two other purchases from different vendors, and both of those have shown up! :rolleyes:
