Another milestone for my boy!

We talked to the priest tonight and he is going to let Garrett take his first communion this year! He will be receiving it on April 5th. Now I have to worry about him doing something like spitting it out or something!!

Brittany will also be receiving her first communion in May. Hers is a more formal event with other kids her age. Garrett's will be more informal with just an announcement from the priest.

Congratulaions to your ds , My ds is making his in May and the priest said during one of the pratices they will get to taste it just for that reason so no one spits it out on the big day!!

That is wonderful. Congratulations to Garrett. He will be receiving his first on our 20th wedding anniversary. Please make sure you post some pictures.
